Eckhart Tolle writes about the ego, the pain-body and living in the present moment
Dutton, part of Penguin Group, published Eckhart Tolle's book in 2005, and Viking issued the UK edition. It is about living in the present moment. It covers the ego, which Tolle defines as an illusory sense of self based on memories and thoughts, and the pain-body, an accumulation of old emotional pain. It also discusses inner space and inner purpose, and recommends conscious breaths.
